When an applicant comes to Empire Mansions, we assess the kind of business they want to start, whether it’s petty trading, food vending, artisan work, any small-scale venture, or if you want us to supply you with stocks in your shops on credit, or if you need equipment.

We then invest in setting up your business. This may include:

• Buying stock for you to start selling
• Purchasing machines, tools, or equipment
• Setting up your shop, container, or business structure

Step 2: Investment & Profit Margin

Whatever amount of money Empire Mansions invests in your business, there will be an agreed repayment structure.

Step 3: Flexible Repayment Plan

We make repayment simple and stress-free:

• Daily payments (preferred)
• Weekly payments (optional)

No monthly payments, this helps us track your progress and keep the business growing steadily.

Step 4: Repayment Period

• Your repayment plan is determined based on the amount invested in your business the competence and capacity of your business to generate income your projected daily or weekly revenue then the repayment can be spread across:
• 60 days (2 months)
• 90 days (3 months)
• 120 days (6 months)

The total amount is divided evenly across the repayment period to make daily or weekly payments easy and manageable.

Step 5: Business Growth

As you repay, your business grows. Once you finish repayment successfully, you gain full ownership and may even qualify for more support to expand.
